How Rally Tiles Started
Born from years of frustration with traditional fundraising, Rally Tiles was created by a coach who knew there had to be a better way.
The Problem
As a longtime softball coach, Derek saw the same story repeat every season: parents dreading sales pitches, players feeling awkward asking for money, and coaches spending more time managing fundraising than actually coaching. Traditional fundraising was broken.
The Solution
Combining his coaching experience with software development expertise, Derek created Rally Tiles—a visual fundraising platform where every supporter can see exactly how their contribution fits into the bigger picture. No products to sell, no awkward pitches, just clear goals.

The Idea
Derek, a longtime softball coach and software developer, got tired of traditional fundraising and decided to build something better.
First Campaigns
Launched with beta teams to test the visual fundraising concept with real coaches, parents, and players.
Product Launch
Officially launched Rally Tiles with full payment processing, team management, and sponsor tracking.

Founder & CEO
Derek Aude is the founder of Rally Tiles and a longtime softball coach, parent, and hitting instructor. Having spent years on the field coaching competitive high school and youth teams, Derek saw firsthand how much time and energy parents, coaches, and players wasted on traditional fundraising. He wanted a way for teams and organizations to raise money faster, simpler, and with less frustration—so Rally Tiles was born.
Beyond coaching, Derek is also an experienced software developer and entrepreneur who specializes in building modern, user-friendly applications. Rally Tiles combines both sides of his life—sports and technology—into one mission: helping schools, teams, clubs, and organizations meet their goals with less chasing and more playing.
